About Taster & Writing for Fun Days

Polaroid

Taster Days provide an introduction to Writing for Health and its potential as a tool for enhancing wellbeing. Suitable for anyone who is interested in how writing can improve physical and mental wellbeing for themselves or for people they support in their work. Of particular interest to community and health workers who facilitate groups and/or provide support services for individuals.

Writing for Fun Days offer the opportunity to learn some basic fun exercises you can use for yourself or in your group work.
