Booking form: Writing for Health Workshops

Please see services page for name (e.g. 'Taster Day', 'Fun Day') and date of event, and be sure to check the closing date for application. As places are limited early booking is advisable. Please return application form by clicking 'Send this form' at the bottom.

On receiving your booking, an invoice will be emailed back to applicants with details of address for sending payment.
